ABOUT US

OUR MISSION

Brink Training is a training and development organisation that is dedicated to growing adaptable and effective new managers. Our training and support services provide people with the knowledge, skills and resources needed to make a positive impact at work. Our mission is to make professional management training more accessible to people early on in their careers which can transform organisational cultures and enable employees to perform at their best.

We offer online services that have an emphasis on peer learning, reflection, and skill building which collectively helps trainees to:

  • Increase their understanding of management; 

  • Enhance their knowledge, skills and effectiveness; 

  • Express themselves authentically and empathetically, and 

  • Achieve their personal and professional goals.

OUR TEAM

Brink Training was founded in 2023 by two friends passionate about developing teams and organisations and keen to strengthen the support available to junior and new managers.

 Building on their passion for leadership, culture development, and transformational change, Brink Training was created.

 

Bringing collectively over 25 years of transformation and training experience across the public and voluntary sector our team provides online training and development services to enhance skills and success for the next generation of managers.

BRITTANY WILLIAMSON 
 (She/her) 

Co-Founder and Facilitator

Brittany devotes her time to organisational improvement work for values-based businesses and third sector organisations. She has worked in health policy, programme management, and learning and development across a range of sectors. She began her problem-solving career in Canada, where she obtained her MSc in Biochemistry from McGill University. Outside of work, she can be found volunteering in a community garden or creating something crafty.

REBECCA VEAZEY
 (She/her) 

Co-Founder and Facilitator

Rebecca is a trainer and facilitator and transformation leader with extensive experience working in the health sector in England. From coaching cross-system teams to designing and delivering national policies she has a proven track record in developing people and programmes. She began her career in the Civil Service and has held roles in public and third sector organisations such as NHS England and the British Heart Foundation. Beyond work, she's happiest when watching musicals and cooking. 

OUR VALUES

  • Empowerment: We support trainees to develop their management style and lead with authenticity, confidence and purpose.

  • Community: We create learning communities where trainees can access peer support, fresh perspectives and new ideas. 

  • Continuous Learning: We help trainees to continuously expand their knowledge and skills and build a reflective practice.
